The CARE Fund

The CARE Fund was established to help animals who need us most.

The Animal Foundation’s Companion Animal Rehabilitation & Enhancement or CARE Fund was established to give grievously sick and injured animals a second chance. When you become a CAREgiver, your donation will help cover the cost of emergency procedures and specialty surgeries at outside veterinary hospitals.

Our mission at The Animal Foundation is to save the lives of all healthy animals that come through our doors. In extreme animal abuse and neglect cases, the treatment is often expensive and requires specialized surgeries and/or rehabilitation.

Become a lifesaving CAREgiver today

Residual funds from one animal's CARE fund are used for the next emergency case that comes to The Animal Foundation. When you become a CAREgiver, you receive updates on every animal that receives care using your donation.

While it’s difficult to read about injured and abused animals, critical medical care for our animals is a large part of The Animal Foundation’s budget. As Nevada’s largest animal shelter, we see some of the worst abuse and neglect cases. We are able to save these animals because of your generous support.

We thank each and every one of you who support our shelter so that we can save animals who need extensive care in extreme circumstances.
