We are in a critical space crisis!
The Animal Foundation URGENTLY needs at LEAST 50 dogs to go into temporary foster homes so we can make more space in our shelter. Please come directly to the shelter TOMORROW, May 17 between 11 am and 7pm to pick up a foster dog.
We are out of space to house any more dogs on our campus, and we are facing some very difficult decisions to ensure the well-being of our animals and team. This is our heartbreaking reality, but we just don’t have room for the new animals that are coming in every day.
Team members and volunteers will be ready to assist you. Our address is 655 North Mojave Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89110. We’re asking you to foster a medium or large-sized dog for at least two to four weeks. To expedite the process, we encourage everyone to fill out our foster application here before you arrive at the shelter.
Shelters across the country are facing very difficult times right now, and we are no exception. We currently have 747 animals in our care, and over the last week, we have taken in 558 animals. If you can't foster, please SHARE this information in hopes that it will reach someone who can.
To help free up space, we’re also waiving adoption fees TOMORROW, May 17 for all adoptable dogs in the shelter. You can view all available and adoptable dogs here.
