Peggy arrived to us with severe injuries. She needs our help.
Peggy was brought to The Animal Foundation by Animal Protection Services, her tiny body bearing the wounds of unknown trauma. One of her legs was dangling from her body, and a large gash marred her adorable face. We can only imagine the pain and fear she must have endured while waiting for help.
Thankfully, Peggy's story doesn't end there. After arriving at The Animal Foundation, our veterinary team took Peggy into surgery to remove her injured leg and the dead tissue from her face.
Despite the challenges she’s facing, Peggy's spirit remains unbroken. In her foster home, she has blossomed into a playful, loving kitten, finding joy in every moment, even with only three legs.
Peggy's journey to recovery is not over yet. We’re concerned about how her teeth, lip, and gums are healing. To ensure Peggy's continued well-being and quality of life, she may need to see a veterinary dentist. We want nothing more than for Peggy to live a pain-free life, where she can eat, groom herself, and play without any hindrances.
We need your help. Peggy needs a community of caring individuals to rally behind her, to show her that she is not alone in this journey. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in Peggy's life. It will help cover the cost of her dental and specialty care and ensure that she can continue to thrive and find a loving forever home where she will be showered with kisses, cuddles, and playtime.
Please, consider opening your heart and donating today. Together, we can give Peggy the chance she deserves – a life filled with happiness, love, and the freedom to be the amazing kitten she was always meant to be.
