Mars Pet Adoption Weekend
The Animal Foundation is proud to partner with Mars Petcare this weekend for their 15th Annual Mars Pet Adoption Weekend.
The event takes place from Friday, September 29th through Sunday, October 1st. During the event, all cats and dogs will have their adoption fees covered by Mars Petcare, PEDIGREE Foundation.
We are one of 17 shelters in 15 cities around the country teaming up to find loving homes for our shelter pets. All pets adopted during the event will go home with food, pet supplies, and other educational materials to help get them settled in their new home.
You do not need an appointment to adopt a pet. Adoptions take place on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-in traffic, Tuesday - Sunday beginning at 11 a.m. The fee-waived adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, microchip, and up-to-date vaccines for appropriate animals. A $10 license fee may apply.
Las Vegas is home to the Ethel M® Chocolates Factory and is a Certified City in Mars Petcare’s BETTER CITIES FOR PETS™ program. Adoption fees are covered by Mars Petcare and PEDIGREE Foundation.
