Bring Home Big Love for Valentine's Day

Need a big cuddle buddy to keep you company this Valentine’s Day? Large dogs spend the longest time in the shelter, but are the biggest lovers!
Adoption fees are waived for ALL large adult dogs (6+ months & 30+ LBS) Friday, February 10 - Saturday, February 11.
A $10 license fee may apply.
How adoptions work:

Adoptions occur on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning when we open at 11 am. We’re open Tuesday - Sunday.

Please note that guests often line up before we open during fee-waived adoption events.

When you arrive, you will be added to a waiting list. Depending on volume, there may be a wait to meet a pet, or the waiting list may be full for the day.

Please have a few dogs in mind you are interested in, along with their ID#s.

Please do not bring your personal pets to this event. Our team members can counsel you on how best to introduce your new pet to your resident pet in a neutral space.
The Animal Foundation is located at 655 N. Mojave Road. Come to see us on FEBRUARY 10 and 11 and adopt your new best friend!
