Say hello to Calypso, a stunning 113-pound gentle giant with a heart as big as her paws. This sweetheart came to us as a stray, and while appears that she’s had puppies in the past, now it’s her turn to be cared for and loved.

Calypso is friendly, confident, and incredibly affectionate. She’s the kind of dog who leans in for love, gives soulful looks, and wins everyone over with her calm, fuzzy charm. She’s also well-mannered on a leash, making walks with her an easy and enjoyable experience.

Whether you’re heading out for a walk or staying in for snuggles, Calypso is just happy to be by your side.

My Special Considerations

Calypso is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
