My Special Considerations

*Dewey is exhibiting signs of arousal and anxiety in the shelter environment and is having a hard time adapting. He has poor manners and pulls on leash. He likes treats and is eager to learn. In the kennel he has dilated pupils, ears back, demand barking, and jumping. He shows signs of arousal in the stressful shelter environment. This animal would benefit from an environment with less stimulation and some training to help them cope with over arousing stimuli and anxiety.

This guy has been diagnosed with infectious respiratory disease (IRD) and will need to be isolated from other dogs until 11/27. He will also need oral medications during this time.
