This cat has inflammation in his mouth that would benefit from veterinary care (likely including anesthetized dental cleaning and extraction of some teeth). Despite his dental disease, he loves eating friskies and is maintaining his weight. He's hoping for transfer placement by 8/23 at 3pm.
