My Special Considerations

Tobias is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of extreme fear. Tobias is very scared and hides in the corner of the kennel to where it makes it hard for staff to interact with him. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes.

I was found at 100 TWIN TOWERS BLOCK
