JR is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress. JR is avoiding staff and trembling in his kennel. He allows petting but is scared and watchful. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes. Due to the severity of these behaviors, this animal is transfer only. This animal needs placement by 7/8 at 3 pm
