Hi, my name is CHUBBS
At 10 years old, Chubbs may be a senior, but he’s still full of life, love, and a little bit of spunk! This charming gentleman walks wonderfully on a leash, enjoys his daily strolls, and is happiest when he’s close to his people. Affectionate and gentle, Chubbs is the kind of companion who will quietly follow you around and melt into you during a good belly rub—his favorite!
According to his previous owners, Chubbs especially loves children and is incredibly patient and kind with kids of all ages. He’s also well-mannered in the home—he doesn’t bark much, is housebroken, and knows how to be a calm, comforting presence. As always, we recommend slow and safe introductions when introducing a new pet to your pets and family at home. Our adoption and foster teams are great at explaining how to make those introductions.
He’s smart, treat-motivated, and still curious about the world around him.
Chubbs can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give him a little time and he’ll show you just how sweet and loyal he really is. His previous family noted that he would get scared by fireworks, so he would do best in a home that can help him feel safe and secure during those times.
If you’re looking for a mellow, affectionate pup who’s great with kids and still enjoys life’s little adventures, Chubbs is ready to steal your heart. He's neutered and ready to start his new life with you today!
