Peter loves to play with toys and chase the ball, showing off his playful spirit. He's easy to walk and handle, making him a joy to be around. While he's a reliable potty dog here, the shelter environment is a bit stressful for Peter, and he would absolutely thrive in a foster or forever home as soon as possible. He needs a home that will give him time to decompress and feel truly comfortable.
