Ziggy is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress.
Ziggy is nervous,scared,avoiding and tense when staff is leashing and handling him. He may not be leashed trained. Would benefit from more socializing. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes. Littermates A1368309 and A1368311
