Hi, my name is *RODNEY

Meet Rodney! This sweet pup may be nervous in the shelter (new places and unfamiliar sounds can be overwhelming) but don’t let that fool you. Rodney’s true personality shines once he feels safe and loved. When the kind person who found him spent time with him, Rodney quickly showed his playful, friendly side. He went in for belly rubs, soaked up all the affection, and clearly adored the attention as he basked in the sunshine. He was even great on a leash and in the car!

Rodney is a lovable companion just waiting for the right person to help him feel at home. With a little patience and a lot of love, Rodney will blossom into your most loyal, fun-loving friend.

My Special Considerations

Rodney is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes.

Additionally, this friend is now being treated for a respiratory infection. They will need oral medications and isolation from other dogs until ~4/22
