Copper went on a foster excursion recently for 3 weeks and this is what his foster family had to say about him:

Copper loves treats and quality cuddle time. He's ready to join you for a nice stroll through the neighborhood, a hike up a mountain, or an afternoon nap on the sofa. He loves a good treat and is ready to earn them by learning new tricks. Copper is ready to be the newest member of your family and would settle in comfortably to a quiet home.

My Special Considerations

*Copper is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. He has a no cats restriction. *Copper hides in his kennel. He avoids people at first, he warms up with time and treats. He allows all handling and seeks attention. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
