Hi, my name is DANA

Hello friends, my name is Dana. I really love to play fetch and with treats I will drop the ball at your feet. I know basic commands such as sit, down, and shake. I can totally learn more because I am a very smart girl! I really love to run as well and I do awesome on hikes with training. I do pull on the leash but is easily corrected because I love treats. Please come ask about me and meet me. I am looking for a furever home!!!

My Special Considerations

Dana is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. She was returned for not getting along with a small dog in an adoptive home. At playgroup, she prefers males to females. She is barking, jumping, and pacing in her kennel. She walks well on leash and seeks attention. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
