Hi, my name is JAX
Jax is a bubbly pup who LOVES attention!
This guy is a social butterfly who thrives on affection. Whether it's cuddles, scratches, or belly rubs, Jax is always ready to soak up the love.
At 95 lbs, Jax is a bit on the heavy side, but that doesn't stop him from enjoying his walks. He's eager to explore the world around him and would make the perfect walking buddy to help him shed those extra pounds.
While Jax could use some leash training, his love for treats makes him a quick learner. With a little patience and a lot of tasty rewards, he'll be great on a leash in no time.
You'll notice Jax has his head cocked in his photos, and you can bet a squeaker is to blame. Bring out the squeaky toys, and you'll have Jax's undivided attention in no time.
My Special Considerations
Jax is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. Is a playgroup candidate. Jax would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
