Hi, my name is *CLEO
Hi, my name is Cleo, and I am such a sweet and attentive girl. Once you get to know me, I am the most loving and patient girl that you will ever meet! The way to my heart is through treats and baby-talk. Come meet me today!
My Special Considerations
Cleo arrived at TAF extremely fearful which is understandable since she is extremely underweight and obviously neglected for some time. She is starting to warm up and allowed us to give her a medicated bath, which she really enjoyed. We are treating her skin infection with antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. We suspect she has skin mites and treated her with Bravecto. She needs the right home and the right person to give her the time, patience and love she needs.
*No procedure spay prior to transfer
01/15/21 11:56 BEHAVIOR UPDATE: *Cleo was growling, giving hardstare and showing all her pearly whites at the time of intake, she was unsure of staff and had no trust (especially with the clinic team). Staff took the time to work with her and build her trust and now she enjoys petting and attention. THE NEXT DAY: *Cleo was curious at approach, gave a little tail wag when talked to and enjoyed treats. Staff was able to leash her and walk her out of kennel. Behavior staff brought *Cleo into behavior room, *Cleo was curious and jumped on staff seeking attention, allowed petting and seemed to enjoy. *Cleo is very jumpy when handling when moving to fast, she is shy around her head and neck area and will turn quickly but hasnt shown aggression. *Cleo takes time to warm up around other staff members but then becomes a lovebug.
I was found at PENNWOOD AND ARVILLE
