My Special Considerations

Flutter is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of extreme fear. She is shut down, hiding, avoiding, and panicked. She tolerates minimal handling but remains hunched over, cowering, and tense during handling. She is not thriving in the shelter and would benefit from being in a quite space to decompress. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes. This animal needs placement by 8/22 at 3 PM.
