My Special Considerations

Luna is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of extreme fear. Her owner stated she needs a slower approach when interacting with her. Luna is constantly trying to avoid staff member's interaction, by hiding in the corner. She does tolerate all pets, but doesn't prefer the interaction. She does seem curious of treats. She is a very sweet girl, with time she could warm up and start taking treats. Luna unfortunately despite interventions is not coming around and is constantly hiding, this is not humane for her in the shelter. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes. This animal needs placement by 8/23 at 3 PM.
