Meet Rucus – the life of the party and guaranteed to make you smile!

This fun-loving, neutered boy came to us as a stray, but you’d never guess it from his happy-go-lucky personality and how he responds promptly to commands. It’s clear he once had a family, because he already knows how to sit and does it right away when you ask – such a good boy! Rucus LOVES water – he’ll splash around in a bucket, try to catch water from the hose, and hop right into the doggie pool to cool off.

Give him a hose or a pool, and you’ve got yourself one joyful pup! Rucus is also a big fan of butt scratches – he’ll back right up to you asking for them with the cutest wiggle. He enjoys chasing balls and will bounce with excitement as he runs to catch up.

He does have a little limp in his front leg, but it doesn’t slow him down one bit! We suspect it could be arthirtis, but Rucus is just as playful and spirited as ever.
