This cute little dog is unwilling or unable to use his hind end. He has a great appetite and is currently on pain medications. He is pending radiographs

The radiographic report indicates this dog has chronic intervertebral disc disease and some mild degenerative changes in the shoulder and right stifle. He has a great appetite. He needs consultation with a veterinary neurologist to see if pain medications and physical therapy can improve his condition. He has a commitment of 6/30 at 3/pm
