My Special Considerations

*Thumper is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress. He is scared and nervous of new people. Occasionally, he growls at new people but moves away and creates space. When he is leashed and out of the kennel, he walks well and warms up to team members. He is more nervous in the kennel. He is also nervous of other dogs at playgroup but he did arrive to the shelter with another dog. He will require slow, proper introductions to other dogs due to his fear. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes.
