My Special Considerations

Spike is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of extreme fear. Spike needs time to be comfortable with handling. He needs a very slow appraoch. Spike has started to lunge, hiss, and swat at staff members. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes.
