Meet Rollie, a sweet and energetic boy who's ready to light up your life! This handsome pup is already neutered and can go home today! Rollie loves a good game of chase with squeaky toys and knows how to beat the heat by cooling off in a kiddie pool.

He's a smart cookie who knows his "sit" command and is eager to learn more (he's a work in progress on other commands!). Rollie is selective about his treats, but a piece of beef jerky will definitely win him over. He gets visibly happy when other dogs pass by the play yard, hinting at a playful social side. Look into his mesmerizing eyes, and you'll be captivated by this charming boy!

My Special Considerations

Rollie is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. Rollie is beginning to compulsively spin in his backyard. His focus is hard to break and he will continue to spin even while being leashed up, this behavior has only been seen in the backyard of his kennel. Once out he stops, walks well and checks in with staff. He is a current playgroup candidate and does well with calm social dogs. Rollie's in kennel behavior is concerning as this is where he spends most of his time, unfortunately. We would love for Rollie to be long term fostered or adopted immediately to help alleviate the stress caused by the shelter. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation. This animal needs placement by 6/29 at 3 PM.
