Meet Jax – The Perfect Mix of Chill and Playful !

Don’t let the frosty face fool you—Jax may be around 8 years old, but he’s still got plenty of pep in his step! This handsome guy came to the shelter as an owner surrender, and while it’s always sad to see a pup lose his home, it’s clear that Jax was loved. His previous family shared that he’s housebroken, was the only pet in the home, and has a naturally calm temperament.

Out of the kennel, Jax is a whole different dog—easygoing yet full of life.

He walks well on leash with just the occasional tug. He happily leans in for pets, giving a few kisses, and soaking up the affection like a pro.

But toss a ball, and suddenly you’ve got a playful, zoomy boy on your hands—his energy and enthusiasm shine when he’s having fun.

He takes treats gently, knows how to relax, and clearly just wants to be near his people. He might bark a bit in his kennel (the shelter can be stressful!), but once he’s outside with some fresh air and attention, he’s all love and good vibes.

Already neutered and ready to go home today, Jax is the total package: affectionate, fun, and wonderfully well-balanced. Come meet him—you’ll see just how much heart (and energy!) this sweet boy has to give.
