Hi, my name is PIPER
Meet Piper!
Piper is a gentle, one-year-old pup who was surrendered by her previous owner and is now thriving in foster care. She lived indoors with another dog and has shown she’s comfortable sharing her space with canine friends—she’s had positive meet-and-greets with several dogs of various sizes and personalities, always with calm and polite manners.
Since entering foster, Piper has made amazing progress! She’s learned to walk on a leash, confidently use stairs, and even jump down from the car seat. She’s calm and quiet during car rides and will patiently relax in the air-conditioned car while you run a quick errand.
Piper is generally timid and may crouch when being picked up or meeting new people, but with gentle encouragement, she will approach and warm up—especially if belly rubs are involved. Her favorite bedtime ritual? Resting her head on your stomach for a sweet nighttime cuddle.
She’s becoming quite the city girl too! Piper enjoys strolls through the Fashion Show Mall, people-watching from the swings outside the Apple Store, and calmly navigating crowds—even when a dog training group passes by. While she’s still working on building confidence with escalators and unfamiliar people, she continues to make steady progress every day.
Piper would thrive in a patient, loving home—ideally with another friendly dog to show her the ropes. She’s full of potential, and with a little time and care, you’ll get to see her sweet, silly personality shine.
Come meet Piper and see what a special companion she is!
