My Special Considerations

Viper is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress. Viper requires a slower approach due to his fear. Staff members are able to leash him up and take him outside. He remains tense but tolerates handling. Viper needs time to decompress outside the stressful shelter environment. He will need a patience adopter to give him time to warm up and relax to his new surroundings. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes.
