Meet Lalo, a distinguished older gentleman who is patiently waiting for a loving and understanding home.

Lalo is a joy to walk, strolling nicely on the leash and showing no reaction to other dogs he passes along the way.

While Lalo appreciates his independence, he's also looking for a connection. He may take a little time to warm up and build trust, but the reward will be a loyal and steady companion. Lalo would greatly benefit from a foster or forever home that offers a calm environment where he can decompress and gradually come out of his shell at his own pace.

This beautiful older boy would make a wonderful walking buddy, content to explore the world around him at a comfortable pace and observe all the sights.

He is also a 'potty dog' at the shelter which means he waits to go outside to do his business and is likely housebroken.
