My Special Considerations

Harley is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of extreme fear. Harley is low growling, avoiding and showing distance-increasing behaviors. He is currently housed in an administrative office, but hasn't shown improvement. He is not eating regularly, and staff is worried about his well being. He hides and avoids interaction. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes. This animal needs placement by 4/27 at 3 PM.
