My Special Considerations

Nala is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress. She is nervous and avoids people. In her kennel, she will avoid to the back yard so adopters don't get to see her beautiful face! She approaches with time, treats, and patience. She is a playgroup candidate but prefers the calm, fearful friends. She would need proper introductions to any resident dogs due to her fear of other dogs at first. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes.
