My Special Considerations

*Penny is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. *Penny is starting to instigate cage fighting with her neighbors. She pulls on leash but is currently in the shelters dog training program and is learning loose leash walking and other manners. The stress of the shelters is becoming too much for *Penny. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
