Hi, my name is *CHOCOLATE THUNDA
Meet Chocolate Thunda, a sweet and shy boy with a curious mind. He loves to investigate his surroundings, exploring every nook and cranny. Chocolate Thunda knows "sit," walks well on a leash, and is reliably potty trained. He may be shy at first, but with time and patience, he'll open up and reveal his loving personality. If you're looking for a gentle companion who needs a little time to blossom, come meet Chocolate Thunda today!
My Special Considerations
*Chocolate Thunda is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. In his kennel he is growling and avoiding staff members however, with a slow approach he is able to be leashed and handled. During his stay he has opened up a lot more with staff. He allows all handling, does not show any fearful behaviors with staff but now become anxious in his kennel. He is a very sweet boy. He loves to go on walks, he is a potty dog meaning he needs to go potty outside rather than his kennel and he really loves treats. He is starting to show some compulsive behaviors in his kennel, constantly licking the bars and heavy panting. His focus can be broken for a short time but he is becoming very stressed in his kennel. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation. This animal needs placement by 4/4 by 3PM
