My Special Considerations

Kobe is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. Kobe was given a commitment date due to his history of wall rebounding, cage fighting neighbors and excessive fecal tracking. He has been given different interventions and is responding well to them. He is a active boy and like to chase toys and play fetch. He does need work on leash manners, but is very treat motivated. Training would be fairly easy. He would make an exceptional hiking buddy. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.

UPDATE: This animal has shown improvement and is responding to interventions provided. The commitment date has been removed for now however this animal would still benefit from foster, rescue, or adoption.
