My Special Considerations

Mac is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. Mac is panting in his kennel and starting to demand bark. He is able to settle with treats and is very treat motivated! Training should be easy. He is a little timid at first but he greets staff members nicely and will start to relax after some time and give some tail wags. We feel Mac would thrive in a loving and patient home who will give him time to decompress from the stressful shelter environment. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
