My Special Considerations

Faith is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress. She is easily scared by fast movements or loud sounds and will hunch down and cower from her fear. Staff members are able to leash her and take her out for walks or to a play yard with no issues. Faith likes to do her own thing in the play yard and doesn't seek too much attention from staff members. She is a playgroup candidate that comes in a little timid at first but will warm up and get curious with other dogs. She does well with our gentle group and doesn't enjoy the pushy play. This animal would benefit being in a loving home to give her time to decompress and warm up to her new surroundings. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes.
