Adoption Search
Hi, my name is MIA
Mia, a delightful little lady, is searching for a loving home to call her own. This smart and affectionate pup has already mastered the commands "sit," "paw," and "lay down," though she's always happy to earn a treat. When the mood strikes, she loves chasing after toys and burning off some energy. However, Mia is a homebody at heart and prefers the comforts of indoors. She's already house-trained, making her an even more appealing companion. Come meet this adorable little cutie today!
My Special Considerations
Mia is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. Mia is fecal tracking in her kennel and anxious in her kennel. She allows all handling and very sweet to staff. She has two broken toe nails that occasionally bleed, although unsure if she caused self injury she will still benefit from a more peaceful environment were she can relax and not cause more harm to her paws. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
