My Special Considerations

Roscoe is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress. Roscoe is in isolation for having an respiratory infection and is isolated. He is starting to become very frustrated and stressed and showing barrier reactivity with follow through towards staff members in his kennel. He has allowed handling and is not leash trained but is a sweet boy and has not shown any negative behaviors outside his kennel. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes. This animal needs placement by 11/21 by PM

This pet is being treated for infectious respiratory disease and needs to be isolated from other pets until 11/24.
