Estimated to be just over a year old, Bruno has the calm, steady energy of a slightly older dog who’s settled in. He’s incredibly mellow, easy to leash up, and walks beautifully by your side—no pulling, no fuss. Whether he’s well trained or just naturally well-mannered, it’s clear he’s a really good boy.

Bruno enjoys exploring and sniffing on walks, but he’s not hyper or high-strung. He’s that perfect mix of chill and curious—happy to go for strolls but just as happy to hang out and keep you company. He also enjoys playing with his doggie friends during playgroup at the shelter.

And while he looks like a big guy (and he is—hello, 80 lbs of love!), he’s gentle and easy to handle.

Bruno would make an amazing family pet or companion for someone looking for a steady, affectionate dog who’s ready to settle into home life.

My Special Considerations

This dog was diagnosed with an infectious respiratory disease and needs to be isolated from other dogs through 08/17/25 while being treated.
