She’s a big fan of treats, which makes her easy to train and bond with. In fact, she already knows how to sit like a pro. She is a social gal with our other shelter dogs and loves to play!

Roxi walks beautifully on a leash, making her the perfect companion for your strolls around the neighborhood or quiet nature walks. While she may take a little time to fully open up, once she does, you'll see her sweet and affectionate side that will melt your heart.

My Special Considerations

Roxi is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. Roxi is a sweet girl. She is working on her leash manners and kennel routine in the shelters training program. She know sit, down and working on stay. She listens well and really loves treats and she also goes crazy for plushies. She is a playgroup candidate and does great with male and female dogs. She does not prefer medical handling. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
