Meet Melon!

This 100 pound hound has a lot of real estate for pets and belly rubs. If you have a big family where everyone wants to pet the dog at once, Melon can accommodate your needs! And he has the big personality to match. Melon loves attention and will happily flop at your feet for it. He enjoys taking a dip in the pool, and sipping from the hose while you cool him with it, playing ball, or just relaxing with some snacks and his humans.

One of the things that Melon most certainly does not like is living in the shelter. The kennels are small for a big guy like him and he's got people to meet and things to do! He's about 6 years old and came to the shelter June 26 as a stray. Foster or adopt and give Melon a home today!
