Bella earned her fame as the poster-dog for the term "house hippo".

Don't tell Bella to "act her age". This spunky senior is like your favorite granny that wears what she wants, never misses Bingo night, and makes inappropriate jokes during the holidays.

She's social and active but would do just fine in a home where she gets lots of love, an orthopedic bed, and strolls through the neighborhood.

Bella just really loves scratches behind the ear, belly rubs and human companionship. She'll be a loyal friend for the rest of her years! Bella is spayed and ready to start her new life with you! She is available to foster or adopt.

Bella is currently relaxing in foster care. Her foster family reports Bella is:

- potty trained
- does well with other pets in the household
- loves toys!
- crate trained (she only goes in it at night for bedtime, but she also loves snuggles in the bed)
- loves to be your shadow and follow you around everywhere
