My Special Considerations

Miley is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress. Miley is jumping in the kennel and panting. She walks nicely on the leash and is a current playgroup candidate. She prefers calmer dogs. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes.

Update 4/23/24:
This patient has developed a respiratory infection that we have started treatment for. She would benefit from receiving this treatment in a home away from the stressors of the shelter environment. She would have to be isolated from other pets through at least 05/03/24 while receiving this treatment.
