Meet Dodger Blue!

Dodger Blue is a gentle, friendly, playful boy, and he would love the chance to win your heart! He went on a field trip recently. Hear what his foster has to say about him.

"On our field trip, we took a long walk through a local park, met some friends, passed several dogs, and had a picnic.
Blue may be a big boy, but he’s easy on the leash! He follows direction well and rarely pulls. He would absolutely love an adopter to take him on regular walks and give him the chance to smell all the smells.

While on our walk, we passed several dogs. He noticed them and showed interest in a couple of dogs we passed, but didn’t bark or show any aggression. I think he would have liked to meet them, but he was easy to redirect and continue walking.
Blue has lower to medium energy levels. Yet, he’s still playful and fun! We saw some boys throwing a football and kicking a soccer ball at the park, and Blue was so excited. I could tell he wanted to go meet them and play ball! He just wants someone to play with him and make him feel special.

Blue was wonderful meeting new people! After we walked at the park for a bit, we met up with a couple of friends, and he was so happy to meet them. He was immediately friendly, going over to say hello and get pets.
This boy is highly treat motivated and ready to learn. So far, he showed that he knows how to sit for a treat. He took treats very gently. He’d love to keep learning and show you what a good boy he is!

Blue is so ready for his second chance at life. He’s truly a sweetheart. With those bright blue eyes and adorable freckles, he’s also quite the showstopper! Come down and ask to meet sweet Dodger Blue today!"
