I'm currently relaxing in foster care, and loving it!! Here's what my foster family has said about my time in foster care!

"Franco is the happiest, hunkiest hound you'll ever meet! This XL goofball loves to play with other dogs and humans too. He loves to toss around his stuffies but his favorite game is tug-of-war. And even though he's big and strong, he'll gently push his rope toy into your leg to let you know when it's time to play. He loves going for car rides, shorter walks and snuggling down in his big boy bed. Franco is a Canine Good Citizen graduate and is continuing to excel in his training while in his foster home. He walks well on the leash and knows commands like sit, settle, paw, leave it, and wait but has the potential to learn anything you want to teach him! He's an extremely smart dog, eager to please and treat motivated. In his foster home, he listens very well when corrected and rarely has to be told something twice. He enjoys his foster-doggie brother and sisters.

Franco is a loyal, loving and protective companion once he gets to know you, but he can be weary of strangers and loud traffic on walks. He's looking for an engaged owner that can continue his training, recognize when he's stressed and give him the space and reassurance he needs when he's anxious.

In return, Franco will reward you by keeping the crumbs off the floor, letting you sleep in on the weekends and not going potty in the house. While he would be perfectly happy to sleep on the couch or in the bed with you, he's trained to sleep in his crate at night and uses the doggie door to go potty outside in his foster home. He has enjoyed children of all ages in his foster home but does particularly well with older kids because of his size and playful, goofy nature. He's neutered and available for a meet-and-greet, for adoption!"
