Hi, my name is *PHOEBE
Phoebe is a gentle, middle-aged girl who loves to take her time exploring the world around her. She's a shy soul, often preferring to observe from a distance, but she does come up now and then for a gentle pet if she feels comfortable.
While treats aren't currently her thing, she enjoys leisurely walks where she can sniff and savor the scents of the outdoors. She walks very well on a leash and was not reactive to other dogs passing by the play yard.
Unfortunately, she has been struggling in her kennel, as confinement is difficult for her. She's not meant to be kept behind bars all day and urgently needs a calm, understanding home where she can thrive.
If you're looking for a sweet, easygoing companion, Phoebe might be the perfect fit for you! Come down and take her home today.
My Special Considerations
*Phoebe is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. *Phoebe is struggling in her kennel. She is rebounding off the walls and heavy panting. She urgently needs out. Depsite current interventions she is still struggling. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation. This animal needs placement by 4/27 at 3 PM.
