My Special Considerations

Monster is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of extreme fear. Monster avoids staff by quietly lying in the kennel. He allows petting but doesn't seem to enjoy it, just lies there. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes. Due to the severity of these behaviors, this animal is transfer only. This animal needs placement by 4/29 at 3 pm
