Buggy is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress. Buggy was brought to us due to unforseen circumstances. In the field, he bit an officer's leg and ripped their pants, but never broke skin. At the shelter, he is allowing all handling but does not seek attention. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes.
