The cost of caring for a pet is high enough without having to worry about a pet deposit. If you’re adopting a pet or moving into a new home, KEPPT may be able to help cover the cost of your required pet deposit.
What We Cover
KEPPT may be able to assist with the one-time pet deposit required by your landlord or property management company.
Please note that we cannot assist with:
- Other move-in or security deposits unrelated to your pet
- Monthly pet rent or recurring pet fees
- Penalties or fines for unauthorized pets
How to Apply
To apply, complete the online application using the button below. You’ll be asked to provide:
- The name of your apartment complex or property management company
- The phone number for the leasing or management office
- The portion of your lease agreement that lists your pet(s) and the required pet deposit amount
Please note: Before we can issue payment, your landlord or property management company must provide us with a completed W-9.
