Max is an official house-trained potty dog at the shelter, taking care of business immediately upon stepping out into the play yard. He has great leash and kennel manners—he is easy to leash in his kennel and walks surprisingly well on lead for such a big guy!
This smart, well-mannered boy already knows sit and gives paw with his big paws! Max is highly treat-motivated and takes treats oh-so-gently from your hand.
When it comes to affection, Max is a gentle, loving leaning machine. He loves staying right by your side and leaning up against you for head scratches and sweet pets once he trusts you.
